How do I get there?
Fly into Athens (ATH). From there, we'll arrange group transport to Evia. Exact details will be shared in advance.
What's the accommodation model?
Full board, including treats during breaks and wine with dinner. Includes airport transfers, workshops, visits, and excursions.
Is the schedule mandatory?
Not at all. Every activity is an invitation, not an obligation. This gathering is first and foremost about rest and your own personal freedom.
What if I need to cancel?
You may cancel your registration within 14 days of booking, provided at least 7 business days remain before the gathering. Beyond that: the registration fee (€500) is non-refundable and secures your place. The remaining balance is split into two payments: half by September 1, 2026, and the second half by October 1, 2026. Up to 60 days before the gathering — full refund of the balance. Between 30–60 days before — 50% refund of the balance. Less than 30 days before — no refund, though your place can be transferred to another woman at no extra cost.
What if something unexpected comes up (illness, an emergency)?
We look at every situation individually and always look for a fair solution — including the option of credit toward a future gathering.
What if the gathering doesn't happen?
We're committed to making this gathering happen. In the rare event we do need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund — no questions asked.
